Canning Basin Coal has three coal exploration licences over 724 square kilometres of the Canning Basin in north-west Western Australia. The company has touted the potential coal within the area as the Lightjack Hill Coal Project.[1]Canning Basin Coal suggests that one coal in the area could have "Underground Coal Gasification potential".[2][3]
