Tanjung Jati Coal Terminal is a coal-loading facility located in Central Java, Indonesia.[1] The terminal provides coal for the 2640 MW Tanjung Jati B power station.[2]
As of November 2021, an additional 2x1000 MW of coal-fired power, known as Units 5 & 6, is under construction at the site. The expanded capacity will entail construction of an 1800-meter access trestle and a wharf of 330x27 meters for 80,000-DWT coal vessels.[3] Units 5 & 6 will require 7 million tonnes of coal per year.
