Background
The Tivissa-Barcelona gas pipeline is owned and operated by Enagás, Spain's main natural gas carrier.[4]
It includes the Sea-line Port of Barcelona-Besós, Arbos-Tivissa, Plant Barcelona-Arbos, Duplication Arbos-Tivissa, Duplication Barcelona-Arbos, and Barcelona-Besós gas pipeline branches.[5]
