Background
The pipeline was proposed in 2009.[3]
PetroNeft Resources plc, owner and operator of Licence 61, Tomsk Oblast, Russian Federation, is pleased to provide an update on its operations. PetroNeft signed a contract for the construction of a pipeline from its Lineynoye oil field to the Kiev-Eganskoye oil field.
Construction began, and the pipeline became operational, in 2010.[2][1]
