Trigen-Syracuse Energy

Trigen-Syracuse Energy was a Boston-based company that owned and operated a large heating network, as well as power generation and building management services, throughout the U.S. In December 2007 it become part of Veolia Energy North America, owned by Veolia Environment, headquartered in Paris. Trigen was sold by affiliates of Denham Capital Management LP, a global energy and commodities focused private equity firm, for an undisclosed amount.[1]
