Trigen Energy Corporation

Trigen Energy Corporation "is the leading owner and operator of community energy systems in North America" [1] and subsidiary of Veolia Energy North America. In 2007 Veolia acquired the Trigen Companies (Trigen, including Trigen-Nations Energy), which operates facilities in 11 U.S. cities.[2]
Trigen Colorado Steam & Electric Plant is a coal-fired power station for Coors Brewing in Golden, Colorado acquired in 1995 by Trigen's special purpose company Trigen-Nations Energy, a collaboration between Trigen and Nations Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tucson Electric Power Company. [3]
