UC RUSAL is the world's largest alumina and aluminium producer. The largest shareholder in RUSAL is the Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska. Deripaska's holding company, En+ has a 47.41% stake in RUSAL.[1] (The Chairman of the Board of En+ is Nathaniel Rothschild, another coal baron).[2] Deripaska is the Chief executive officer and Chairman of RUSAL.[3]
