Background

Weifang–Qingzhou Oil Pipeline 潍坊滨海-青州输油管道 includes two main crude oil lines, the Binqing Crude Oil Pipeline and the Birun Crude Oil Pipeline, as well as one Hongrun Crude Oil Branch Line.

The first phase of the extension project was completed in 2020. The pre-announcement of the construction project planning permit for the second phase extension project was issued in 2021.
