Background
In January 2024, the Economic and Information Technology Bureau of Fanchang District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, issued an announcement regarding the transfer of cement clinker production capacity by Wuhu Ruixin Cement Co., Ltd. The cement plant has one Φ3.3m×50m cement clinker production line. This transfer involves 349,800 tons of capacity to Anhui Zongyang Conch Cement Co., Ltd., to be used for the construction of a new dry-process cement clinker production line with a daily capacity of 5,583 tons.[1]
