Background

In 2021, the approval for the setting up Xuan Thien Nam Dinh factory was passed. The Xuan Thien Nam Dinh No. 1 steel factory will be built in three phases of 36 months, 48 months and 60 months, respectively to reach a total capacity of 7,500 ttpa.
