Background on Project

Yulin Chemical power station is a 2 x 100 MW coal plant in Mazhaliang Village, Baijie Town. It was commissioned in 2014, and owned by China Coal Mine Group.[1]

It began operation in 2014 without passing the complication inspection. It was exposed and criticized by the provincial environmental inspection team in 2017.[2][3][4][5]
