Yuzhno-Priobskoye Oil Asset (Южно-Приобское месторождение, Южный лицензионный участок Приобского месторождения) is an operating oil asset in Russia.

Along with Severo-Priobskoye Oil Asset (Russia) and Priobskoye Oil Field (Russia), Yuzhno-Priobskoye Oil Asset is a part of the Priobskoye complex.

Yuzhno-Priobskoye Oil Asset is also sometimes referred to as South Priobskoye, Приобское месторождение (южная лицензионная территория (ЮЛТ)).
