Background
In 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of Mongolia issued a public notice on the transfer of the 2,500 t/d cement clinker production line capacity allocation of Zhalaiteshan Shui Cement Co., Ltd., with Jilin Baishan Shanshui Cement as the acquiring company.[1]
