Background
Zhaoyuan Linglong cogen power station was a three-unit coal-fired power station totaling 74 MW in Fushan, owned by Wanhua Chemical Group. It was proposed for retirement in 2018. An additional 50 MW was proposed to come online when the three units retire.[1]
Governmental documents from June 2022 and 2023 noted the company had three units: 12 MW + 25 MW + 50 MW.[2][3]
