The pipeline is proposed to connect to an existing pipeline in Zorkino, Saratov Oblast and run from Zorkino, Saratov Oblast to Balakovo, Saratov Oblast, Russia.

Background

The pipeline was included in the gasification program of Gazprom for 2021-2025 for the Saratov Oblast. The construction was expected to begin in 2022, and the pipeline was to be commissioned the same year. As of July 2023, there have not been any updates about the project.
