Al Ittefaq Arab Steel Dammam plant (حديد الإتفاق (Arabic)), also known as ISPC, Arab Steel, ASCO, is a direct reduced iron-electric arc furnace (DRI-EAF) steel plant operating in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Background
The Al Ittefaq Arab Steel Dammam plant is owned by Al-Ittefaq Steel, the largest private sector steel manufacturer in Saudi Arabia. Its production facilities delivers reinforced steel bars, billets, DRI, and downstream steel products.[1] The plant began operating in 1989 with a direct reduced iron (DRI) plant and electric arc furnace (EAF) plant as well. Little recent news or information on the plant is available; no environmental noncompliance or safety incidents have occurred at Al Ittefaq steel Dammam plant in recent years.
