Background
To achieve comprehensive utilization of dust and ash, the company applied for the construction of a new rotary kiln system, along with supporting auxiliary and storage transportation projects. Once completed, the system will produce 8,418 tons of zinc ash, 56,666 tons of kiln slag, and 47,616 tons of steam annually, with all the kiln slag and steam being used for self-consumption.The total investment in the project amounts to 58 million yuan, with an environmental protection investment of 12 million yuan. The application for this project was approved by the Huoqiu County Ecology and Environment Sub-bureau in 2022.[1]
The company transferred the prospecting right of Fanqiao Iron Mine in Huoqiu County, Anhui Province to Huoqiu County Limin Urban and Rural Construction Investment Co.[2]
