Background

The pipeline extends from the Birdsboro Facility to Oley Township, Pennsylvania. The pipeline supplies gas from an interconnection with the Texas Eastern Transmission LP mainline to a 485 MW gas-fired power generation facility in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania.[2][5][8]

The prefiling before the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) was initiated in October 2016.[9] Construction started in May of 2018,[1] and the pipeline began operations later in 2018.[5]
