Background

The pipeline extends from the Birdsboro Facility to Oley Township, Pennsylvania. The pipeline supplies gas from an interconnection with the Texas Eastern Transmission LP mainline to a 485 MW gas-fired power generation facility in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania.

The prefiling before the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) was initiated in October 2016. Construction started in May of 2018, and the pipeline began operations later in 2018.
