Background
According to the announcement of capacity replacement published in 2021, the company plans to build two 70-ton alloy steel electric furnaces and one 100-ton electric furnaces will be eliminated at the same time.[1]
The land transaction for the project was announced in April 2023[2], and the planning scheme for the project was announced in March 2024[3].
