The Coldry Project is a proposal by Environmental Clean Technologies (ECT) to establish a brown coal drying and pelletising plant using ECT's Coldry technology. The company is proposing to undertake a feasibility study on a 2 million tonnes per annum project located at a site adjacent to the Loy Yang power station in the Latrobe Valley.[1] The greenhouse gas emissions of the project are not known.
