Esteel Antara Labuan iron plant, also known as Lion Industries Antara Labuan iron plant, is a direct reduced iron (DRI) steel plant operating in Labuan, Labuan Island, Malaysia.

Background
Antara Steel Mills Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 15 July 1975.[1] It was owned by Amsteel Mills Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Lion Industries Corporation Bhd. Amsteel sold its 100% stake in Antara Steel Mills Sdn Bhd to Singapore’s Esteel Enterprise Pte Ltd for US$122mil or RM509.96mil in October 2021.[2]
