Background
The relocation and upgrade project of Guangxi Deyuan Metallurgical Co., Ltd. is currently under construction. Production is still ongoing at this existing site. A new location within the planned area of Liujing Industrial Park has been selected for construction, focusing on energy-saving and emission-reduction upgrades without increasing production capacity.[1]
