Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgical Co Ltd (广西盛隆冶金有限公司, 广西万鑫钢铁有限公司), also known as Guangxi Wanxin Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., is a steel plant in Fangchenggang, Guangxi, China that operates blast furnace (BF) and basic oxygen furnace (BOF) technology.

Background
The first phase of the company's industrial upgrading and technological transformation project of 2×1680m3 BF and 2×150t BOF has been completed in 2019. [1]
The second stage will change the originally planned 2×1770m3 blast furnace into 2×2725m3 BF, 3*150t BOF and 1*148t BOF, which have all been completed and put into production in 2023.[2]
In July of 2024,the company acquired 1.2 million tons of steel production capacity from two 60-ton electric arc furnaces of Shaanxi Huaxin Special Steel Group Co., Ltd., for BOF technology upgrade and expansion project.[3]
