Background

In 2021, the company announced to build a 70-ton electric arc furnace and put it into production in 2025 to replace two 35-ton electric furnaces.^[1]

The company's 70-ton alloy steel electric furnace technology upgrade project conducted the second public disclosure of environmental impact assessment information in June 2024.^[2]
