Background
The existing 2×630m3 blast furnace (with an iron capacity of 1.46 million tons/year) is planned to be replaced with a 1×1660m3 blast furnace (with an iron capacity of 1.43 million tons/year). [1]In February 2021, the project entered the stage of environmental assessment.[2]
