Background
JK Lakshmi Durg plant was JK Lakshmi cement's second integrated plant after its Sirohi integrated plant. The Durg plant began operations in 2015 with a capacity of 1.8 million tonnes per annum (mtpa). Its capacity was augmented to 2.7 mtpa in 2017, to 4.2 mtpa in 2009.[1]
