Background
According to the announcement of the capacity replacement plan, a 450m³ blast furnace and a 1250m³ blast furnace retired demolished in December 2021.[1]
Beijing Interactive Network disclosed the information about its plan to transfer the 10977.39 million yuan principal and its interest debt rights to China Merchants.[2]
