Background
Pipeline 1 began operating in 1997[2]. Pipeline 2 was commissioned in 2003. Pipeline 3 began construction in 2011 and the main line (477.26 kilometers) started operating in 2012. Two extensions of Pipeline 3 were completed in 2013 (35 kilometers) and 2016 (74.32 kilometers).[1]
