Koc Metallurgical Toprakkale plant (Koç Metalurji A.Ş. (Turkish), Koç Çelik (Turkish, predecessor)), also known as Koc Steel (predecessor), is an electric arc furnace (EAF) steel plant operating in Toprakkale, Osmaniye, Türkiye.

Background
This steel plant was founded as Koç Çelik in 2013. In 2016, the name was changed to Koç Metalurji (Koc Metallurgy). Koç Rolling Mill (Koç Haddehan), which was founded in 1993 is also now part of Koç Metalurji.[1]
Production at the plant is scrap-based.[1]
Operations
Koc Metallurgical plant halted production in September 2019.[2] The plant resumed operations in November 2019 at less than half capacity.[3]
