Background

The company's unauthorized construction involves pollution. Since March 21, 2011 to April 8, 2014, Lianyungang City Environmental Protection Bureau, Gunnan County Environmental Protection Bureau has 7 times to the company issued documents, requiring the cessation of production and construction. Among them, on April 8, 2014, Lianyungang City Environmental Protection Bureau issued the Decision on Environmental Protection Administrative Penalty to the company in accordance with the law, stating that the company would be fined 300,000 yuan if it did not reconsider the decision.[1]
