Background

The pipeline was proposed to run from Lineynoye oil field to the Bashneft Lukpaiskaya custody transfer point, located to the northwest of License 61. There are no updates on the pipeline. PetroNeft Resources has been using Lineynoye to Kiev-Eganskoye, also known as Tomsk Oblast to Kiev-Eganskoya Oil Pipelineto transport crude oil to Transneft pipeline system. Lyneynoye-Lukpaiskaya oil pipeline is presumed to be cancelled.
