Background
The pipeline was proposed to run from Lineynoye oil field to the Bashneft Lukpaiskaya custody transfer point, located to the northwest of License 61.[1] There are no updates on the pipeline. PetroNeft Resources has been using Lineynoye to Kiev-Eganskoye, also known as Tomsk Oblast to Kiev-Eganskoya Oil Pipelineto transport crude oil to Transneft pipeline system. Lyneynoye-Lukpaiskaya oil pipeline is presumed to be cancelled.[2]
