Background
The four segments of the pipeline were built to run parallel to each other.[8][12] According to Norilsktransgaz, as of 2023 the pipeline has three parallel segments.[13] Norilskgazprom JSC 2009 Annual Report mentions segments II, III and IV as operating.[9]
