Pelyatka-Messoyakha Gas Pipeline
Pelyatka-Messoyakha Gas Pipeline (also known as Pelyatka-Severo-Soleninskoye-Yuzhno-Soleninskoye-Messoyakha Gas Pipeline; Russian: магистральный газопровод "Пелятка-Северо-Соленинское – Южно-Соленинское – Мессояха") is an operating condensate pipeline in Russia.[1]

Background
The pipeline transports gas from the Pelyatkinskoye, Yuzhno-Soleninskoye, Severo-Soleninskoye oil and gas fields to the Messoykhskoye Gas Field and connects to the Messoyakha-Norilsk Gas Pipeline.[1][4] Pelyatka-Messoyakha II Gas Pipeline starts at the Pelyatkinskoye Oil and Gas Field, and Pelyatka-Messoyakha II Gas Pipeline starts at the Yuzhno-Soleninskoye Oil and Gas Field.[7] Gas is extracted by Norilskgazprom JSC jointly with gas condensate, separated from it at gas processing plants, and transported to consumers in Dudinke and Norilsk. The gas supply system in the region does not connect to Russia's Unified Gas Supply System. The main gas pipeline includes sections Pelyatka - Severo-Soleninskoye - Yuzhno-Soleninskoye - Messoyakha, each with two parallel lines, and the section Messoyakha - Norilsk with three lines. The total length of the pipeline sections is 1202 km.[1]
An above-ground installation method was used during the construction of the pipeline, where the pipeline is placed on pile supports rather than being laid in a trench due to the presence of permafrost along the entire route and the need to maintain the frozen state of the ground. The minimum temperature of the transported products, recorded by operational dispatch data, is -59°C. The pipelines are made from cold-resistant steel grades, have enhanced strength properties at low temperatures, and consist of 720 mm diameter pipes with compensating sections. The main gas pipeline crosses the Yenisei, Norilskaya, Bolshaya Kheta, and Malaya Kheta rivers.[1]
