Novorossiysk rolling plant (Новороссийский прокатный завод), also known as Rostov Electrometallurgical Plant, is an electric arc furnace (EAF) steel plant operating in Shakhty, Rostov, Russia.

Background
As of June 2023, Moscow-based Novostal LLC became the managing company of Novorossiysk Rolling Plant, which owns production complex of Rostov Electrometallurgical Plant (REMZ). REMZ, which was declared bankrupt in April 2019, has continued operations. The plant's designed capacity is 730 TTPA of steel and 530 TTPA of long products annually.[1]
The plant was planning to build and new electric-arc-furnace workshop and increase its steel production capacity to 1000 TTPA.[2][1]
