Background
The pipeline will run from Laghouat to Arzew, Algeria. It includes construction of 403 kilometers of pipeline and the associated facilities. Sonatrach, the pipeline's owner, aims to expand the crude oil corridor from the Haoudh el Hamra fields to the refining terminal.
