Background
Ozen-Zhetybay-Aktau Oil Pipeline was formerly known as Ozen-Zhetybay-Shevchenko Oil Pipeline.
The Ozen-Zhetybay-Aktau II Oil Pipeline extends from the Ozen oil pumping station to the Zhetybay oil pumping station (63 km), continues to Stationary Observation Point (SPN) "112 km" (49 km) and then connects to the Kalamkas-Karazhanbas-Aktau Oil Pipeline at its 250th kilometer near Aktau (14.6 km).[3][6] The Ozen-Zhetybay-Aktau III Oil Pipeline runs parallel to the Ozen-Zhetybay-Aktau I Oil Pipeline.[6]
