Saldanha Bay–Ankerlig Gas Pipeline is a proposed natural gas pipeline, running from Saldanha Bay to Ankerlig Power Station, South Africa. It is part of the Phased Gas Pipeline Network (PGPN).
Location
The pipeline would run from the proposed Saldanha Bay LNG Terminal in Saldanha Bay to the Ankerlig Power Station near Cape Town, in Western Cape province, South Africa.
Background
The Saldanha Bay–Ankerlig Gas Pipeline is Phase 1A of South Africa's Phased Gas Pipeline Network (PGPN). It would carry gas from the proposed Saldanha Bay LNG Terminal to the Ankerlig Power Station near Cape Town.[1][2]
