Panhua Group Mindanao steel plant is a steel plant in Misamis Oriental, Mindanao, Philippines that operates basic oxygen furnace (BOF) and ironmaking technology.

Background
China based Panhua group declared its plan to invest US $3.5 biilion in Philippines to build a steel industrial park with a capacity of 10 mtpa and a seaport terminal with 2.5 kilometers of shoreline and 300 thousands tons of berths.[1][2] The plant will constructed in three phases. As of September 2019, the company planned to start construction of its first phase at the end of 2019.[3]
