Background
The Pluto-KGP (Karratha Gas Plant) Interconnector began operations in 2022 and was constructed to take advantage of future excess capacity at the Karratha Gas Plant in Western Australia.[3] The pipeline connects the Pluto LNG facility to the Karratha Gas Plant following the existing Dampier to Bunbury Gas Pipeline corridor.[3]
