Background
There are two electric steel plants at the same facility, owned and operated by Pomina Steel in Phu My Industrial Park, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province, Vietnam.[1] The two steel plants, Pomina Steel 2 and Pomina Steel 3, are operated and owned by Pomina Steel JSC in Phu My Industrial Park.[1]
Pomina Steel 2 began operating in 1999.[2]
