Background

The Riva Siderurgica Sevillana steel plant began operating in 1954 with two EAF unites and was the first plant in the Siderurgica Sevillana SA group.[1] Little other public information is available about the Riva Siderurgica Sevillana steel plant; no environmental or safety incidents have been recorded as of February 2022.
