Background
The company’s construction is divided into three phases. Phase I covers 1,000 mu of land and has completed and commissioned two 180 m² sintering machines, two 1,080 m³ BF, two 120-ton BOF, two six-strand billet continuous casting machines, and a 2,800 mm medium plate production line. Additionally, a comprehensive raw material yard and an oxygen plant capable of supporting an annual capacity of 2 million tons, as well as a 110 kV substation and other supporting facilities, have been built. Phase II involves constructing a production line for 1.2 million tons of special steel billets annually, while Phase III plans to establish a production line for 1 million tons of special steel medium-thick plates and a bar production line.[1]
The company acquired 1040 ttpa of ironmaking capacity and 950ttpa steelmaking capacity from Henan Changtai Stainless Steel Plate Co., Ltd.[2]
