Shijiazhuang Yuhua cogen power station (华电石家庄裕华热电公司) is a 600-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Hebei Province, China. An additional 700 MW is proposed.
The power station is different from the Huadian Shijiazhuang Cogen power station and Huadian Shijiazhuang Luhua Cogen power station.

Background on Plant
The existing 2 x 300 MW units of the Shijiazhuang Yuhua power station, units 5-6, were brought online in 2009. The plant is owned by China Huadian.[1]
Description of Expansion
Huadian was planning to build two additional coal-fired units at this plant, units 7-8, with a total planned capacity of 700 MW.[2][3]
In 2017, the units were permitted as gas-fired units instead.[4]
