Weifang Ring Network Gas Pipeline 潍坊市天然气环网 is a proposed gas pipeline in Weifang, Shandong province, China.[1]

The pipeline is proposed to run circling Weifang, passing through Changyi City, Binhai District, Shouguang City, Changle County, Zhucheng City, Anqiu City, Fangzi District, Gaomi City, Xiashan and other counties and urban areas. [2]

Background

This gas pipeline will connect all the long-distance natural gas pipelines passing through Weifang, and interconnect with the urban pipelines of counties, cities and towns under the jurisdiction of Weifang, so as to form effective competition for upstream gas sources, improve the ability to guarantee gas sources, reduce the cost of gas sources and the consumption of the whole society gas cost.[2]

As of July 1, 2023, the construction drawing design and planning permission of the northern part of the pipeline have been completed, and the site survey of the northwest line has been determined and completed; The bidding work of all pipeline construction units has been completed.[6]
