Background

Wuhu Ductile Iron Pipe Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned holding company established in 2003 through joint investment by Ductile Iron Pipe Group Co., Ltd. and Ductile Iron Pipe Co., Ltd. It was restructured from Wuhu Iron and Steel Plant and Wuhu Coking Gas Limited Liability Company under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) and is affiliated with Xinxing Cathay International Group. The production scale and comprehensive technical strength of ductile iron pipes and fittings are at the forefront of the world, with a domestic market share of 45% and exports to 120 countries and regions worldwide.[1]
