Yangiyer-Ahangaran Gas Pipeline (Russian: магистральный газопровод "Янгиер-Ахангаран") is an operating gas pipeline in Uzbekistan.

Location

The pipeline runs from the Yangiyer Compressor Station, Fergana region, to the Ahangaran compressor station, Tashkent region, Uzbekistan.[1]

Yangiyer-Ahangaran II Gas Pipeline

Background

Construction of Yangyier-Ahangaran II Gas Pipeline was launched in December 2022 and was expected to be completed in Q3 2023. The pipeline will allow to increase gas supply to the population in the Fergana Valley.[1] The pipeline will run in the direction of the Yangiyer-Ahangaran I Gas Pipeline, but the exact starting and ending points of the pipeline are unknown. In September 2024, it was reported that the project was in its final phase.[6]
