Yunnan Qujing Iron and Steel Group Chenggang Iron and Steel Co Ltd (云南曲靖钢铁集团呈钢钢铁有限公司) is a steel plant in Malong, Qvjing, Yunnan, China that operates blast furnace (BF) and basic oxygen furnace (BOF) technology.

Background
The company plans to build two 1200m3 blast furnaces and two 100-ton converters to eliminate existing equipment.[1]
In February 2022, the #1 blast furnace (1200m3) was put into operation, and the 1080m3 blast furnace was dismantled.[2][3]
As of the end of 2021, the production capacity replacement task has been completed, and the transformation and upgrading construction project with an investment of 8.6 billion yuan has basically been completed. Including one 240㎡ sintering machine (set), two 1200m3 iron-making blast furnaces, two 100-ton steel-making converters, and two imported Italian Φ650 high-speed bar production lines have been put into production .[4]
